My Brand-New C500H2MG cartridge is printing poorly or not at printing at all
Check to see if there is a pull strip that should have been removed. This strip will allow the toner to flow out of the toner hopper.

Prints that are coming out faded is an indication that the charge on the drum has depleted to the point that it no longer can create
the image properly. The drum unit will need to be replaced at this point.
