- Approved Orders placed Monday - Friday before 4pm EST (excluding holidays) will ship THAT DAY, or you'll get a 20% discount applied to your order
- Approved Orders placed after these hours are guaranteed to ship the next business day
- Shipping means that the order is packed and labeled for shipping via USPS or UPS. Actual shipping time depends on UPS and USPS times and schedules
- Approved Orders are orders which meet our requirements for shipment:
- Credit card orders which meet standard verification methods (Shipping address matches the credit card billing address and CVV match). Orders which do not meet this requirement need to be verified with your credit card company before shipping.
- Paypal orders verified by Paypal
- Google-Checkout orders verified by Google Checkout
- Online checks which have passed account verification and fund verification procedures
- Mailed in check orders where we have received the check and verified the account
- Purchase Orders which have been verified, and for which we have received a hard copy or your PO
- Holidays are excluded - the holidays we observe are Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
- UPS is closed on the holidays listed above, and they are also closed on the Day after Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve.
- USPS is closed on the holidays listed above, and they are also closed on Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, Washington's Birthday (President's Day), Columbus Day and Veterans Day.
