Orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Both of these services have a delivery time of 1 to 5 days depending on your distance from our home state, Michigan. By default, all items are shipped without a signature requirement, meaning that you do not need to be present to have the shipment delivered. If you require a signature, please put that in the notes when entering the order, and your order will not be delivered unless you are home and can sign for the shipment. Once packages are delivered by the carrier they become the sole responsibility of the customer. Because we use the US Post Office we also ship to military APO and FPO address for the same cost as domestic shipments! Please be advised that package tracking is not available for these address, and these packages can have a longer delivery time which is out of our control because it's handled directly by the military. While delivery can sometimes (not always) be slow, it is extremely reliable, and the packages
